Fundraiser for Burn Victim Scheduled for Saturday
Christina Woodcock was injured in a mud racing accident last month and is recovering at the burn center in Augusta.

Friends and family of a Lexington County woman who was severely burned in a mud racing accident last month are holding a fundraiser Saturday to help pay for her medical bills.Â
Christina Woodcock suffered burns on about 36 percent of her body after the truck she was riding in with a friend burst into flames at the finish line of a mud race, according to a report on WIS. She's been in recovery at the burn center in Augusta for almost a month.Â
Woodcock is undergoing skin grafts to repair the burned areas on her legs and arms, according to an update posted on a website tracking her progress. She doesn't have health insurance.Â
