Latest Lexington Traffic Crackdown Announced
Patrols will heat up on these roadways over the next week.

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department has announced the latest roadways where it will conduct stepped up traffic patrols, which are scheduled to begin Thursday morning and run through next Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Deputies, along with S.C. Highway Patrol troopers, will be cracking down on speeders, as well as reckless and drunken drivers.
The targeted roadways include:
- Southbound Road
- Darian Drive
- Boiling Springs Road
- Kyzer Road
- Old Charleston Road
- Archers Lane
- Long Pine Road
- White Knoll Way
- Hope Ferry Road
- Sausage Lane

Be warned: While these are the announced roadways for the following week, Lexington Sheriff James Metts said they are subject to change without notice.
