Lexington County's 'Most Wanted'
The following subjects are wanted by the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
Update: Frederick Leon Kinard was arrested on June 1.
Charles Walter Huggins, 22, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of burglary. His last known address was 2172 Lewie Road, Leesville. Huggins is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 180 pounds. Huggins has brown hair and brown eyes.
Frederick Leon Kinard, 50, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of forgery. His last known address was 433 Caughman Road, Leesville. Kinard is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 185 pounds. Kinard has black hair and brown eyes.

Brandon Scott Tilley, 24, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 7908 Trailwood Lane, Columbia. Tilley is 6 feet and weighs 215 pounds. Tilley has brown hair and brown eyes.
