Lexington's 'Most Wanted'

In this week's "Most Wanted," Lexington County Sheriff's deputies are looking for the following three fugitives (see photos at right):

Christopher Dubard, 43, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 119 Muddy Springs Road, Lexington. Dubard is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 165 pounds. Dubard has black hair and brown eyes. 

Stephanie Ann Goff, 40, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of second-degree assault and battery. Her last known address was 1659 South Lake Drive, Lexington. Goff is 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 130 pounds. Goff has brown hair and blue eyes. 

Helga Delois Welch, 36, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. Her last known address was 5343 Augusta Highway, Leesville. Welch is 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 160 pounds. Welch has strawberry blond hair and green eyes.
