Despite repeated inquiries, Hill has not been able to say whether any funds had been improperly used.
Hill said the report, despite involving business at the school, would not be made public because it was not a district document, but was instead owned by the PTSA, a private organization.
The school's PTSA board stepped down following the review — "in a sincere effort to help the PTSA and PHMS expedite the elections and to move past this," Hill said.
She said the SCPTA has helped the PHMS PTA properly elect new officers. The new officers will finish out the year and serve in the 2012–13 year.
