USC AD Hyman Says He's Staying Put

The University of South Carolina's athletics director says he's staying put.

A day after reports out of Raleigh, N.C., suggested Eric Hyman was the top target for the AD position at the University of North Carolina, Hyman put the speculation to rest in a statement Wednesday.

Here is the statement from Hyman, a Tarheel grad:

“I am honored to be considered by my alma mater, North Carolina, but my work here has not been finished and I love being a Gamecock.”
