USC Makes Top Party Schools List

But Princeton Review Also Gives Kudos to School Newspaper, Greek System

A smoking hot football team picked to win its SEC division, a repeat national champion in baseball, academic programs such as its International Business MBA consistently ranked among the nation's finest -- the University of South Carolina seems to be on a roll these days. 

It's enough to make students want to celebrate. And obviously, the school is pretty good at that too. According to the latest Princeton Review, USC is among the nation's top party schools, coming in at number 20, The State reports.

And, sorry Clemson, but you didn't make the list this year, though the upstate school did rank high in several other categories, the paper reports. And while being on the party list may make for a dubious honor for a center of higher education (no pun intended), the paper reports that the Review also acknowledged USC for having one of the nation's best school newspapers and fraternity and sorority scenes.
