Alongside a Lowcountry surgeon, they stress checking suspicious spots and using hats, sleeves, and high-SPF sunscreen, especially after a long, sunny summer.
   

• Oscar Mayer Wienermobile rolls into the Lowcountry for 90th birthday tour (counton2.com) — Mount Pleasant residents may spot the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile cruising near Ferry Wharf as it tours the Charleston area for its 90th birthday. Over the next few days it will appear at events in North Charleston and downtown, where visitors can peek inside, meet the drivers, and maybe snag a Wiener Whistle.

Through workshops, mentoring, and a capstone project, they gained hands-on skills, clearer career goals, and connections that could feed directly into the region's growing tech workforce.
