• Fort Mill Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Straw Purchasing Firearm Charges (wrhi.com) — A gun trafficking case tied to an undercover ATF investigation includes at least one firearm that was purchased in Prosperity and resold in Maryland just six days later. Federal agents say a Fort Mill man bought guns in multiple locations, falsified paperwork, and funneled weapons through an illicit Charlotte dealer. He has now pleaded guilty and faces up to 10 years in prison.
