BBQ Chicken Pizza

This recipe is easy to make and the whole family will enjoy it!

Face it, most every college student has lived off of pizza while craming for a test at some point. My personal favorite was always pepperoni, but having my sister live across the street I had the opportunity to "spruce up" a basic pizza. One night for dinner, my sister made BBQ chicken pizza and I was instantly hooked. Who wouldn't love the southern classic of BBQ on top of one of America's favorite foods?

This recipe makes one 12" pizza, serving about 4 people.

1 1/2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce (my personal favorite is the mustard-based)

2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, combine the chicken breast and bbq sauce together. After combined, spread the BBQ chicken over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the chicken, evenly. Place the pizza on the middle rack of the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is a light brown. Cut into 8 slices, and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have! It is a simple recipe that the entire family will enjoy, and will take you no time in the kitchen to make it!
