A lot of the recipes that I know are variations of a recipes from restaurants that I have tried and enjoyed, and think that I can make cheaper at home. This is a recipe that I discovered with my sister at Planet Hollywood in Myrtle Beach. We ordered BBQ Chicken Tostadas as our appetizer, and it was so good that we wanted to try it at home (of course with our own little twist).

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package hard tostada shells
Garlic powder
Prepare:
Cook the chicken in a pan and let cook until done. Pour the BBQ sauce on top of the chicken on a low temperature for about 8 minutes to let the BBQ sauce sink into the chicken. Lightly sprinkle garlic powder on the chicken. Stir all together. Place BBQ chicken on top of the tostada shells, and sprinkle cheese on top. Put on a cookie sheet, and bake in the oven on 350 degrees for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
When they are done, take them out of the oven and enjoy! They are delicious and you can not go wrong with them. I also usually serve them with corn. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do, and I encourage you to make your own twists to recipes as I have with many of mine.
