Pepperoni Rolls

Small treats to get you through the day!

This recipe is great for the 3 o'clock hunger strike you get during the day. They are small and not too bad nutritionally for you.

Ingredients:

1 package crescent rolls

16 pepperonies

16 small slices of mozzarella cheese

Prepare:

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pull apart the crescent rolls, and cut them into two pieces. There are eight crescent rolls in a package, so that will give you 16 pieces of crescent rolls. Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese on a piece of the crescent roll and one piece of pepperoni. Fold the crescent roll over. Continue this for all 16 pepperoni rolls. Place all 16 rolls on the cookie sheet and put into the oven for about 10 minutes or until the crust is lightly brown. Enjoy!
