Toddler Drowns In Greenville Pool

A 3-year-old child drowned after falling in a pool at a Greenville County home Tuesday afternoon, FoxCarolina.com reports. 

Jeff Fowler of the Greenville County Coroner's Office confirmed the child drowned at 3:45 p.m. at a home on Seabury Court, near Hudson Road on Greenville's east side. The child was pronounced dead at 5 p.m. at a nearby hospital. 

Investigators say the mother of the victim was outside with her three children and had briefly gone inside. When she went back outside, her child had fallen into the pool.
