• Belle Fourche project gets state infrastructure loan (keloland.com) — A new 25-lot housing development in Belle Fourche, Ridge View Estates, just secured a $413,883 low-interest state infrastructure loan to help pay for streets and utilities. Combined with bank financing and developer funds, the project follows a zoning change the Belle Fourche Common Council approved two years ago and taps into South Dakota’s broader $200 million housing infrastructure program.
