ezup 10' canopy

E-Z UP 10x10 Canopy, now set up in front yard at 111 East Maple St . New, 1st time out of the box, $75 includes 8 ten inch steel ground stakes and rope, or $60 if you have your own. Wheeled storage/carry bag is included. (roller bags are $45) Why is it for sale? I have another one identical, but different color, and a 16 foot triangular shade sail, still unopened.
