• Flood victims in 3 Connecticut counties can now apply for low-interest loans (wtnh.com) — Residents of Litchfield County affected by the September 13 flooding can now apply for low-interest federal disaster loans to repair homes, replace belongings, and support businesses. Applications are open through early December for physical damage and next July for economic injury, with in-person help available at an SBA outreach center in Bridgeport and online through the MySBA portal.
