Playing in Shelbyville, Osborne threw 455 pitches over six tournament games and struck out the final batter with the bases loaded, capping a 7-5 victory over McNairy Central and redeeming last year’s title-game loss.

Leaders say the massive water and power needs could strain local systems and residents’ quality of life, and upcoming public meetings will shape where, or whether, such projects move forward.
