Police Looking for Suspect Who Shot Man Outside Bar: Report

NASHVILLE, TN — The Metro Nashville Police are investigating a shooting outside a bar early Friday that left a man wounded in the leg, according to a media report.

At about 2 a.m. Friday, the unidentified man went to a gas station at the corner of Una Antioch Pike and Murfreesboro Pike, WSMV-TV Channel 4 reported. He told the police that he had been shot outside a bar on Bell Road, but didn't know who shot him.

The police said they do not believe the incident is related to a shooting at another bar in the area, Channel 4 reported. In that incident, an employee at Kat's Bar & Grille fired a shot at a customerduring an argument at closing time, according to media reports.
