• Suspected HOA Fraud Leaves Historic 1899 Home at Risk of Demolition (lmtonline.com) — A Brentwood resident's ancestral 1899 home in nearby Williams Grove is now at risk of demolition after an HOA's funds, meant for its upkeep, allegedly vanished under a property management company now under state investigation. Multiple Middle Tennessee HOAs, including in Williamson County, report missing money, prompting lawsuits, a TBI probe, and new state protections for homeowners associations.
