This Tennessee Nature Sanctuary Has Wooded Trails And Up-Close Encounters With Owls (takingthekids.com) — Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary in Brentwood offers locals wooded trails, owl encounters, and hands-on nature programs just a short drive from home. With $5 day passes, guided lantern and wildflower hikes, kids' explorer packs, and a Brentwood address on Beech Creek Road, it's an easy, affordable way to explore 300 protected acres of Middle Tennessee wildlife and forests.
   

2. Deaf Pathway Global focuses on 'signing' Scripture (kentuckytoday.com) — A Brentwood-based ministry, Deaf Pathway Global, is working with Brentwood Baptist Church and other partners to translate the entire New Testament into multiple sign languages by 2033, giving Deaf people Scripture in their natural language. The organization, launched in 2020, relies on Deaf-led translation teams, Tennessee Baptist support, and a "Sign Roots" approach to speed accurate, free access worldwide.
   

3. Jason Gray's "Acoustic Storytime" Celebrates 75 Episodes with Francesca Battistelli and Dustin Lolli (jubileecast.com) — A nationally aired SiriusXM milestone episode of "Acoustic Storytime with Jason Gray" was recently recorded before a sold-out crowd at The Well in Brentwood, putting the town on a Christian music stage. The 75th episode, featuring Francesca Battistelli and Dustin Lolli, is airing with encores and on-demand access while Gray continues releasing new acoustic music and touring.
   

4. Joshua Douglas Rvait (rutherfordsource.com) — An obituary for Murfreesboro native Joshua Douglas Rivait notes that his brother Hunter lives in Brentwood connecting his story to the local community. Josh spent recent years working on luxury yachts around the world, and friends and family will gather for visitation and a celebration of life in Murfreesboro on September 26, with memorial donations encouraged in lieu of flowers.
