- Chattanooga Police warned residents of the Highland Park and Oak Grove neighborhoods about a string of armed robberies. There have been more than 30 robberies in these areas since Jan. 1. Police say Hispanic community members are frequently the target of these crimes, which have been happening after 6 p.m. to victims who are arriving at or leaving their homes or apartment. - Bria Montgomery, a Chattanooga woman, received a water bill of over $4,300 after a pipe burst underground near her apartment. Though the water company gave her some credit after it was made aware of the issue, it was not enough to cover the astronomical bill. Montgomery is hoping for the Montview Apartment complex owners to fix the issue so her water can be turned back on. (News Channel 9)
