  1. A Tennessee middle school teacher has been accused of kidnapping and rape. KaDarius Scott, 23, was suspended from his roles as Bible history teacher, head baseball coach, and cross-country coach. He is due in court on Wednesday. (WRCB-TV)
  2. A student with a loaded handgun was arrested at East Ridge High School on Monday afternoon. The student was charged with possession of a firearm on school property and contraband in a penal institution. (The Chattanoogan)
  3. A man was attacked by a gang near the riverfront and Chattanooga police are seeking the public's help to identify the assailants. (The Chattanoogan)
  4. Chattanooga Police confirm that Tennessee House candidate, DeAngelo Jelks, is listed as a suspect in a rape report. (WTVC)
