1. 11-year-old girl reports fire to 911, Clarksville Police rescue grandmother from burning home (clarksvillenow.com) — Emergency crews in Clarksville rushed to a Skyview Circle home Wednesday after an 11-year-old girl called 911 about a fire that trapped her sleeping grandmother. Clarksville Police officers pulled the woman out through a window, firefighters quickly knocked down the flames, and the grandmother was taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation and minor burns while the Red Cross assists the displaced family.
   

2. MISSING PERSON ALERT: Clarksville Police looking for 74-year-old with dementia (clarksvillenow.com) — Clarksville police are urgently asking for your help to find 74-year-old Harry Steven Bratton Sr., who has dementia and disappeared from a local care facility Thursday evening. His phone location showed travel along I-24 through Nashville and he may be in a hunter-green Jeep Cherokee with Georgia plates, possibly with his wife. If you see him, call 911 immediately.

APSU Alumna Tammy Cunningham Establishes Family Endowment (clarksvilleonline.com) — A new Tom Cunningham Family Endowment at Austin Peay will support business students who graduated from Montgomery County high schools, reinforcing the long connection between APSU and Clarksville. Funded by alumna Tammy Cunningham in honor of her late husband, the scholarship favors juniors and seniors rooted in the community, while celebrating the family's decades of civic, business, and charitable work across Clarksville.
