East Nashville Shooting Kills 1

Metro Police are investigating the fatal shooting on Bullock Avenue, witnessed by "multiple people."

EAST NASHVILLE, TN —One man was killed in an early Sunday morning shooting in East Nashville.

Metro Police were called to the 2700 block of Bullock Avenue around 2:30 a.m. where Dhahron Page had been shot in the torso. Page later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Police believe Page, 26, was socializing with several people inside his home when he got in an argument with one of his visitors, 25-year-old Jason Stanley. The two took the argument outside where, investigators believe, Stanley pulled out a gun and shot Page.

Detectives say Page implicated himself during an interview. He is charged with homicide.
