Inglewood Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges

Google flagged Jason Hall's account for uploading child pornography, ultimately leading to his arrest.

INGLEWOOD, TN — Metro Police arrested a man in Inglewood after being alerted by Google that he had been downloading child pornography.

Google locked the account of Jason Hall, 35, in January. Police said Hall admitted he had been uploading pornographic images of minors to his Gmail account starting in November 2015.

Google alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who then notified Metro Nashville Police, who discovered 300 images on Hall's cell phone after executive a search warrant at his Greenland Avenue home.

Hall was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
