Madison Man Killed In Fiery Semi Crash
Big-rig driver died in a Wednesday morning crash on I-65 near Millersville.

MILLERSVILLE, TN — A Madison semi-truck driver died after he was trapped inside his burning rig after a crash with another truck early Wednesday morning.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Billy Dickson, 61, of Madison, rear-ended another semi that had pulled over on Interstate 65 near Millersville so the driver could swap seats with his passenger around 5 a.m. The crash caused Dickson's rig to catch fire, trapping him inside.
Neither of the other men were injured.

The crash shut down I-65 for much of the day Wednesday for clean-up and investigation.
The THP was unsure if Dickson was wearing his seat belt and no drug or alcohol test was requested.
