Nashville Mom Foaming at the Mouth in Opry Mills Parking Lot Arrested
Police say the woman was passed out and foaming at the mouth while her toddler was standing in the back seat.
DONELSON, TN —Metro Police arrested a 33-year-old Nashville woman after allegedly finding her passed out and foaming at the mouth in her car in the parking lot at Opry Mills Monday.
Jill Easley told police she had taken her prescriptions and driven her car with her child in the back seat. When police arrived, the 3-year-old was standing in the back seat. Easley is charged with DUI with a child and driving on a revoked license. She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
In November 2014, Easley was arrested for public intoxication and aggravated child neglect after being arrested at Opry Mills. In that incident, security called police because Easley was stumbling and running into glass doors. She was arrested at the mall's play area with the child and, before falling asleep during her interview with police, admitted to taking six Xanax and drinking two shots of liquor. She later pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment.
