Inside the duffel bag were vacuum-sealed baggies, according to police, containing more than 17 pounds of marijuana, 13 hits of LSD, 56 vials of THC-infused vape oil, MDMA powder — or "molly," a number of psychedelic mushrooms and meth.

Stephen Herbert, 31, and Emily Dickson, 28, were both charged with felony narcotics possession and both are being held on a $75,000 bond.
