As Cat Trap Fever continues to grow and expand our impact in the community, we&rsquo;re looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team and help us make an even bigger difference for community cats in Cumberland County.
&#128205; Event Coordinator
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can help organize and manage our outreach efforts by: &bull; Coordinating vendor shows, festivals, and craft fairs &bull; Researching and securing new event opportunities &bull; Managing and storing event supplies and display materials &bull; Organizing volunteers for events &bull; Overseeing our existing vendor spaces and fundraising opportunities
&#128205; Volunteer Coordinator
We&rsquo;re looking for a people person who can: &bull; Review volunteer applications &bull; Reach out to prospective volunteers &bull; Help match volunteers with roles that fit their interests and skills &bull; Coordinate meet-and-greets and onboarding &bull; Help build and support our amazing volunteer team
&#128205; Trapping Volunteers
One of the most important parts of what we do is humanely trapping cats so they can be spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their outdoor homes. We are looking for volunteers willing to learn trapping techniques and help us reach more cats throughout the county. Training and support are provided.
&#128205; Recovery &amp; Aftercare Volunteers
Our cats need a safe place to recover before and after their clinic appointments. We&rsquo;re looking for compassionate volunteers to help provide aftercare in our recovery facility by feeding, monitoring, and ensuring cats are comfortable during their short stay. This role is critical to the success of our TNVR program and can often be done in just a couple of hours.
Every cat we help starts with people willing to step forward and lend their talents. Whether you&rsquo;re organized, enjoy working with people, love helping animals, or simply want to give back to your community, there&rsquo;s a place for you at Cat Trap Fever.
