FRANKLIN, TN — Another credit-card cloner struck a Franklin retailer June 9, according to police.
Franklin detectives say a woman used a cloned credit card to buy $350 in gift cards from the Westhaven Kroger, the latest in a string of similar frauds across the city. The police and CrimeStoppers are offering a $1,000 reward for information on the suspect by calling 615-794-4000.
