- Franklin Fire Department Engineer Rick Havrilla will retire from firefighting this week after a 29-year career and 25 years with the department. Friends and colleagues held a retirement party for Havrilla on Wednesday at Franklin Fire Station 1. Upon retirement, Havrilla will join his wife, Erin, in Colorado Springs. (Williamson Herald)
