- Hundreds were expected to line the highway yesterday in Franklin to honor beloved WWII vet Jimmy Gentry. Gentry, a WWII Veteran, coach, and teacher, passed away at the age of 96 at his home on Gentry Farm in Franklin last week. His funeral was held Tuesday at the Fourth Avenue Church of Christ. (WZTV)
- The Williamson County Household Hazardous Waste collection event is happening this Saturday, Apr. 30 in Franklin. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Complex located at 1320 West Main Street. Here's the list of what you can and cannot dispose of at the event.
