Hey Kids, Want To Park At A Williamson County High School? Take A Safe Driving Course
After six Williamson County teens died in car accidents in the last school year, the district is implementing new safe driving policies.

FRANKLIN, TN β Williamson County Schools students who want a parking pass will have to take a safe-driving course and present a signed agreement with their parents starting in August.
Six teenagers from Williamson County died in auto accidents in the 2016-17 school year and the district created a teen driving task force to address the concern. In response, all high schools will require students to complete a short safe driving course developed at the University of Michigan and implemented statewide there. In addition, parents and students will have to present a driving agreement.
