Arkansas man arrested in Tennessee in connection with human remains investigation - KBSI FOX23 News Cape Girardeau News (kbsi23.com) — Franklin police recently arrested an Arkansas man at a local truck stop on a fugitive-from-justice warrant tied to an investigation of suspected human remains in Trumann, Arkansas. Officers say they identified the man after a suspicious-person call and learned he was wanted on abuse-of-a-corpse and evidence-tampering charges. He was held in Williamson County Jail on a $1 million bond pending extradition.
