  1. A fire significantly damaged a home in Franklin's Westhaven neighborhood, displacing a family of five. Early Friday morning, firefighters were dispatched to a two-story home on Stonewater Boulevard, where they found a rapidly-extending garage fire spreading to the bonus room and attic space above it. Thankfully, all five residents escaped unharmed, along with their two dogs and guinea pig; a cat that has not yet been accounted for is believed to be outside. (Press Release Desk)
