• Jefferson City woman accused of attacking convenience store employee with a knife (wate.com) — Jefferson City police arrested a 61-year-old local woman Tuesday after an early-morning knife attack at Lakeview Market on West Old Andrew Johnson Highway, where a patron intervened and restrained the suspect. One employee received only superficial injuries, and investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Sergeant Keith Bunch at the Jefferson City Police Department.
