• KPD arrests 1 armed robbery suspect, second remains at-large (wjhl.com) — Kingsport police have arrested one suspect in an alleged attempted armed robbery near the Gibson Mill Road traffic circle, but a second man, Justin Roberts, remains at large and is considered dangerous. An off-duty Sullivan County deputy intervened before anyone was hurt, and residents are urged to call 911 or Kingsport Central Dispatch with tips and not approach the suspect.
