FBI investigating Bristol-area bookkeeper after theft of $200K, 474 personal Amazon orders (wjhl.com) — A former bookkeeper for an unnamed Bristol business has pleaded guilty to federal wire and mail fraud charges after allegedly diverting more than $200,000 for personal expenses, including hundreds of Amazon purchases and bill payments. Investigators say the scheme ran from 2020 to 2025, and the FBI and Washington County Sheriff’s Office continue probing details while the business’s identity remains undisclosed.
