Dad allegedly flees after tractor overturns, crushes toddler; mom accused of hiding him (local12.com) — Bristol police say a three-year-old died after a tractor overturned, leading to the arrest of the child’s father and grandmother. Woman charged after being arrested at Bristol casino, breaking patrol car window (wcyb.com) — Police say a woman visiting the Hard Rock Casino in Bristol was arrested after allegedly causing a disturbance, refusing to leave, and then breaking a patrol car window while escaping custody. Officers quickly caught her, and she is now held without bond at Southwest Virginia Regional Jail on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.
