One project will advance ultra-efficient superconducting electronics for future computing and quantum systems, while the other develops low-cost, offline AI devices co-designed with Appalachian communities. Knoxville groups like Socially Equal Energy Efficient Development may directly benefit from these tools for soil and water monitoring.
   

4. Subtext Completes Two Student Housing Developments in Florida, Tennessee (studenthousingbusiness.com) — A new 14-story student housing community, EVER Knoxville, has opened at 1919 Lake Ave. near the University of Tennessee campus, adding 498 beds and extensive amenities for students.
