TBI Investigating Rutherford County Sheriff
State investigators were asked to look the circumstances surrounding the domestic disturbance call at Robert Arnold's house Monday.
MURFREESBORO, TN — Rutherford County's sheriff is under investigation yet again.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed that Rutherford County District Attorney-General Jennings Jones asked for an investigation into the circumstances that led to and the aftermath of a domestic disturbance call to Arnold's home over the weekend, which also caught the attention of federal officials supervising Arnold on his pre-trial release ahead of his February trial on numerous fraud and conspiracy charges.
According to the Daily News Journal, Jones asked the TBI to look into the matter late Wednesday.
