ā¢ Manchester PD Congratulates March and April Hires (thunder1320.com) ā Manchester residents have four new faces patrolling city streets, as the Manchester Police Department recently swore in officers Brandon Tomberlin, Brandon Napier, Wade Swearington, and Josh Gilliam. The hires include a returning MPD veteran, a recent transplant to Manchester, and two Coffee Countyāarea natives, all bringing military or prior law enforcement experience to the department.
