• 2 dead following apparent murder-suicide at McMinnville home, police say (wkrn.com) — Two people were found dead from apparent gunshot wounds inside a McMinnville home on Cherokee Drive Monday afternoon, and police say it appears to be a murder-suicide. McMinnville officers, along with state investigators, are still reviewing evidence but believe a 54-year-old man shot a 46-year-old woman before killing himself. No further details have been released so far.
