Anne Wilson Releases New Video for “The Manger” with Josh Turner

Capitol CMG artist Anne Wilson has had an award-worthy year and it would appear the Grammy voters agree. The newly minted Grammy nominee released her debut album, My Jesus, released a book and has accumulated multiple major nominations including the Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards and Dove Awards - at which she took home two trophies. Now, she’s recruiting one of country’s favorites for the brand new music video for the title track of her Christmas EP The Manger. Written by Anne Wilson, Jeff Pardo and Matthew West, “The Manger” is the latest release from the singer-songwriter who is topping off a whirlwind year with her first-ever GRAMMY Award Nomination. In a full circle moment, her debut album - sharing the title with her breakout hit single “My Jesus” has been nominated for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album at the upcoming 2023 GRAMMY Awards.

The Kentucky native has had a record breaking year with an impressive list of accomplishments under her belt as an emerging star. Her debut album My Jesus hit the No. 1 spot on multiple charts including Billboard's Top Christian & Gospel Albums and Billboard's Top 200 Christian & Gospel. The album also made CCMG history, scoring the biggest debut week in over 15 years by a Capitol Christian Music Group-signed new artist. The title track earned Anne her first RIAA Gold Certification, a 2022 Billboard Music Award nomination for "Top Christian Song" and won ASCAP’s “Song Of The Year.” She’s gone to perform multiple times at the Grand Ole Opry and has a consistent touring schedule with some of the top names in music. Closing out the year, Anne began her nationwide stint on Casting Crowns’ The Healer tour which will run through December as well as the release of her first book “My Jesus: From Heartache to Hope” which launched with major success, making the Evangelical Christian Publishing Association’s Bestseller List.
