Social beverage company, Better Than Booze launched a unique activation in stores in the Nashville area to celebrate the grand arrival of their flavor-packed, buzzy mocktails. Founded in Music City, the innovative mocktail company partnered with global technology company, Tokinomo, a technology tool utilized for in-store marketing, to launch the first-ever Tokinomo activation in the US. The activation also features the voices from several familiar Nashvillians, including award-winning country music duo, Maddie & Tae, and Nashville sports announcer and radio personality, Paul McCann, among many others.

First launched in local stores this fall, and now available to purchase online in an e-commerce shop, Better Than Booze is a flavor-forward, non-alcoholic, beverage infused with hemp-derived CBD and THC with an impressive mission to change the conversation on social drinking. Better Than Booze is available in stores now across Nashville, Chattanooga, and the surrounding areas, as well as online with shipping nationwide. In the coming weeks, select stores will experience the first-of-its-kind pop-up activation.

Better Than Booze is shaking up in-store marketing one store at a time; the immersive design of Tokinomo provides a fresh participation in the shopping experience that has never been seen before in Nashville. The line of canned drinks includes three flavor-forward, buzzy mocktails with hemp-derived CBD and THC, Mint Mojito with Lime, Rosemary-infused Grapefruit Paloma, and Elderberry-infused Gin & Tonic.

Better Than Booze has mastered the magic combination between CBD and THC, which provides a mellow buzz, similar to that of a glass of wine, without the negative side effects of alcohol, i.e. hangover free. For those looking to cut back their alcohol consumption but still want to relax and unwind, these drinks are a perfect substitute for some of the most popular cocktails: Mint Mojito, Grapefruit Paloma, and a Gin and Tonic.

Co-Founder Drea Groeschel shares excitement in the launch of the flavor-forward beverages, “We are so excited to bring Better Than Booze to life, and what greater city than Nashville to launch in first. With Better Than Booze, our mission is to shake up social drinking ideals and show people that a plant-based, hemp-infused beverage can be super delicious, and even better than your regular cocktail -- you'll still get a little buzz, and yet you won't suffer the downsides of the booze.”

Better Than Booze has proudly partnered with local, family owned beverage and alcohol distributor, Lipman Brothers, as they expand their distribution in stores across Nashville, Franklin, Chattanooga, and surrounding areas. On the partnership, Groeschel raves, “We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the incredible Lipman Brothers in town who have been a fantastic partner and believed in us from the start. We can't wait for you to try it!”
