Church and Union Nashville marks five years in Music City. The celebration is split into two parts, starting with a featured dinner menu from 6pm to 9pm by chefs Jamie Lynch, Adam Hodgson, Daniel Scalici, and Emily Wilson. The night continues with a late-night party from 9pm until 1am featuring music by DJ Zay and unannounced surprises. The dress code is cocktail attire. A portion of the proceeds from the evening benefits Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. Dinner reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Nashville Shores Waterpark

Fireworks at Nashville Shores are like two shows in one, with the beautiful colors in the sky reflecting on the lake below. Fireworks are included with a season pass or admission ticket on that day. Fireworks will begin at dusk (approximately 8:00 p.m.).
The water park attractions will close at 8 p.m. on fireworks nights, but the park and several concession areas will remain open until the fireworks are over.

Urban Isaiah Rashad doesn’t look back. Instead, he never stops moving forward. That’s why the internet has tried so hard to keep up since the Chattanooga, TN-born and Los Angeles-based artist emerged in 2012. After one seismic appearance after another throughout 2013, he formally introduced himself with 2014’s Cilvia Demo. XXL named him among its prestigious “Freshman Class,” while the project earned a rare score of 8.2 from Pitchfork. Just two years later, his full-length debut, The Sun’s Tirade, bowed in the Top 20 of the Billboard Top 200 and closed out 2016 on over a dozen year-end lists, including UPROXX, L.A. Weekly, Inverse, Stereogum, Pop Matters, Pigeons &amp; Planes, Pitchfork, and more. In between sold out shows coast-to-coast and racking up nearly 500 million total streams, he quietly stared down his demons out of the spotlight. By the time he dove back into music, life had changed. The process switched up, so he realigned and linked up with new collaborators such as Kenny Beats. Ready to break a five-year creative silence, he returns with his second full-length album The House Is Burning [Top Dawg Entertainment], including the single “Lay Wit Ya” [feat. Duke Deuce]. Alemeda
Indie Rock Raised between Ethiopia and Arizona as the eldest daughter of an East African family, Alemeda turned music into her lifeline, transforming personal truths into fearless anthems. With Doechii and Rachel Chinouriri in her corner, she's taken 2025 by storm, performing at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, Rock en Seine (Paris), All Points East, All Things Go, Austin City Limits, and Camp Flog Gnaw.
Calling on her pop, rock, and indie sensibilities, this self-proclaimed "cat mom" creates music as a form of self-expression and empowerment. She first turned heads with her 2021 UK garage single "Gonna Bleach My Eyebrows," which has over 14 million streams. Her 2024 debut EP FK IT let listeners further into Alemeda's world with her unflinching storytelling and has given us one of the most fearless artists in music. Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

Sing, dance, and play as a family at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum the second Saturday of each month. Designed for families with children 5 years old and younger, Fam Jam is a participatory music-making experience, led by Museum educators and a guest artist, that introduces young children to country music instruments and encourages child development through moving, singing, and listening. This session will spotlight the guitar and feature Chloe Gilpin, an indie folk, rock, and jazz singer-songwriter and educator from Fort Worth, Texas who studied songwriting, music business, and music production at Belmont University and has worked for companies such as Songfinch and the non-profit organization Pitch Meeting. Family music-making promotes language acquisition and the development of cognitive, social, and motor skills—and it’s fun! Ages 0-5. Taylor Swift Education Center. Included with Museum admission. Free to Museum members.

Dance instructor Danielle Blackmon will teach participants the four dances mentioned in the song. No dance skills necessary. Come to our Block Party! Hand–ink and print on paper and fabric using some of Nashville’s most recognizable imagery, cut into printing blocks by the designers at Hatch Show Print. As one of the oldest poster and design shops in America, we’re still printing show posters for your favorite musicians, bands, and performers, one at a time, via letterpress printing. At the Block Party, adults work with a selection of hand-carved printing blocks and become familiar with the process of relief printing. Instructors will cover the basics of composing an image, with consideration given to creating layers and using color. You will learn how we sling the ink, roll the brayers, and design like it’s 1879, making each piece by hand. (Don’t worry, we’re there and happy to help.) The final reveal is a “Wow!” moment.
