Happy New Year

Out with the old and in with the new! As the Holidays are winding down, we're winding up for a fabulous New Year ahead here at Characters of Character. Below is what we have done in 2023 and we are pretty pleased with the impact, engagement and donations that we were able to provide to Children's Hospital and even to PENCIL this year. While we gear up for another wonderful year, we wanted to take a moment to wish you well, may your new year be filled in abundance with what your heart desires.

You see, some make resolutions to have a healthier diet, spend less money, take more adventures, spend more time with family or friends, and all of these are splendid! It's up to you and nobody else to fulfill your hopes, your dreams, your wishes and your goals, my wish for you is that you fulfill them with great abundance! I myself try not to make goals or promises that I know may be difficult for me to keep. Therefore, as my grandma used to say to me, "Priscilla, take one day at a time" and no truer words were spoken. As I reflect upon life and another year gone by, my grandma is always included in my thoughts and the many ways she filled my heart with happiness. I hope you have that someone, too who fills your heart with happy.

I wanted to share our work for 2023 and hope that you will join our journey in 2024 as we empower our children and youth in character building activities. As we engage them in activities to build their own character as they become role models for their peers. As we build a firm foundation for children to establish strong civic values, that is where my happy comes in. Below is a simple graphic of the year and we just moved here two years ago!

Characters of Character is now working to bring these boxes to Military Families and some Youth organizations. More on this to come on our website.
