Metro Nashville To Adopt 2018 International Building Codes

Passage is expected in November.

As new building standards are periodically updated by international bodies, Davidson County’s City Council also adopts the new standards to ensure the safety of its residents. The Metro Council is in the process of adopting the 2018 International Building Codes, which is currently tracking for passage in November.
