Nashville Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting Of Chri'Shawn Harbison

Homicide Unit detectives are investigating Thursday’s fatal shooting of Chri’Shawn Harbison, 19, who was taken by personal vehicle to Skyline Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

Officers responded to Skyline at 5:45 p.m. Thursday. The two young men, ages 18 and 16, who drove Harbison to the hospital in a dark gray Nissan Altima were interviewed. Detectives believe that Harbison was likely shot inside the Altima. The circumstances of the gunfire remain under investigation. The Altima has been impounded and is being processed at the MNPD laboratory.

No charges have been placed at present pending the completion of the investigation and a review by the District Attorney’s Office.
