Nashville Strong Moving Days Set For Saturday And Sunday
Urban Search and Rescue teams will be available to assist Second Avenue business owners and residents into restricted areas.

The first Nashville Strong Moving Days for significantly impacted Second Avenue business owners and residents will be held this Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Emails have been sent to individuals/entities asking that they RSVP by choosing three-hour blocks of time on either day to retrieve their belongings. Urban Search and Rescue teams will be available to assist folks into restricted areas. Officers will also work to accommodate vehicles in which items can be loaded.

Other Nashville Strong Moving Days will be held later for those who cannot take part this weekend.
Second Avenue business owners and residents who did not receive an email can request additional information by contacting MNPD Sergeant Brion Kris Delap.
