• Graham, George (nps.gov subscription) — During the final months of the Civil War, Illinois farmer George Graham was ordered with his regiment from Nashville to duty in Tullahoma. Shortly after arriving, he fell ill while stationed in Tullahoma and died in March 1865; he is now buried at Stones River National Cemetery, where his service is still remembered.
